Qualifications

To join our network, nannies and babysitters must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. We require a minimum of two professional references, a thorough background check, and an MVR check for those with a current license. CPR and First Aid certification is required, and if you’re not current, we’ll sponsor you to get there.

We also require all nannies to be paid through a payroll service. We’ve partnered with HomePay to make that process simple, legitimate, and stress free for everyone involved.
