A nanny share pairs two compatible families with one dedicated caregiver. Kids get consistent, loving care and a built in companion. Families get quality childcare at a shared cost. And nannies get a stable, well compensated placement they can count on.

What It Costs
We believe in being upfront. Here’s what our nanny share services cost:
Full Service
(family match + nanny placement)
-$500 intake fee (non-refundable)
-5% of nanny’s annual salary
-$500 placement completion fee
Your intake fee goes towards your total placement fee.
Partial Service
(family or nanny already established)
-$500 intake fee (non-refundable)
-7% of nanny’s annual salary
-$500 placement completion fee
Your intake fee goes towards your total placement fee.
The intake fee covers nanny sourcing, interviews, reference checks, background check, MVR check, and CPR + First Aid sonship if needed.
All fees are per family, not per share. The intake fee is non-refundable. Payment plans are available for all services.

1. Discovery Call
Every pod starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your family before we start building anything.
2. Family Matching
Our matches are built around location, schedules, compatibility, and most importantly the children. No two pods are the same.
3. Nanny Placement
Once families are matched, we source and present qualified, vetted nannies who are the right fit for your pod.
4. Onboarding & Agreement
Once your pod is set, we establish clear expectations for everyone involved. pay structure, responsibilities, time off are all documented before day one.
5. Ongoing Support
We’re here for the long haul. For the full duration of your contract, we’re available for check-ins, questions, and whatever your pod needs.
