About Three Peas in a Pod

Three Peas in a Pod was founded by longtime career nanny Patrece Hodge in the spring of 2025, but the idea behind it had been years in the making.

After spending more than a decade in childcare, Patrece noticed the same challenges appearing again and again. Talented caregivers were often left to navigate contracts, workplace expectations, and difficult employment situations on their own. At the same time, many families, especially first-time nanny employers, were searching for quality care without knowing where to start or what a successful nanny-family relationship truly requires.

There was a clear need for guidance, advocacy, and connection on both sides.

Three Peas in a Pod was created to bridge that gap. We help families find dependable, high-quality childcare while providing support throughout the hiring process. We also help caregivers connect with families who value professionalism, communication, and mutual respect.

The truth is simple: families need great caregivers, and caregivers need great families.

When everyone feels supported, children benefit most. That’s the foundation Three Peas in a Pod was built on and the standard we bring to every placement we make.

Patrece Hodge, Founder and Owner Three Peas In A Pod Denver Nanny Share Agency

Hi, I’m Patrece.

I’m originally from Cincinnati, and I’ve been caring for children since I was seventeen years old.

What started as a single message from a local mom looking for childcare turned into a career that has shaped the last decade of my life. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the industry, including nannying, household management, before- and after-school care, evening babysitting, and family support.

For several years, I lived in New York while balancing modeling, childcare, and college. At one point, I was supporting four families at once. It was busy, sometimes chaotic, and one of the most valuable learning experiences of my career. Those years taught me how important trust, communication, and consistency are to families.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with families from many different backgrounds, including professional athletes, first-time parents, and growing households navigating the everyday realities of raising children. Today, I’m approaching my third year with a wonderful family in Denver’s Platt Park neighborhood.

Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: raising children is hard enough. Finding trustworthy, reliable support shouldn’t be.

That’s why I created Three Peas in a Pod.

My goal is simple. I want families to feel confident in the care they choose, and I want caregivers to feel respected and supported in the work they do. When both sides are set up for success, children thrive.

When I’m not running the agency or working with families, you’ll usually find me hiking, attending comedy shows, listening to live music (especially at Red Rocks), or attempting to keep my garden alive. At the end of the day, I’m happiest at home with my two cats, Francine and Senan.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to helping your family find the support it deserves.
