On Demand & Babysitting Network
Want flexibility? Join our sitter network and pick up shifts when it works for you. Date nights, weekend coverage, fill in care — you set your availability and we handle the rest. Perfect for caregivers who want to supplement their income or keep things flexible while life demands it.

A Note on On Demand Work
On demand and babysitting network shifts are flexible gig based work. There are no guaranteed hours, PTO, or employment contracts associated with on demand bookings. You set your availability, we match you with families, and you get paid directly at an agreed hourly rate.
If you are looking for something more structured with guaranteed hours and benefits our traditional placement program is exactly that.
