Babysitting Membership

Starter Pod
$20/Month or $180/Year
Up to 4 bookings per month. 48 hours notice required. Perfect for the occasional date night or work event.
Premium Pod
$30/Month or $270/Year
Up to 8 bookings per month. Last minute bookings available. Great for families who need flexible reliable coverage.
Elite Pod
$45/Month or $400/Year
Unlimited bookings. Same day available. Priority matching. Built for busy families who need care on their terms.
Drop-In
$30 flat fee
No membership needed. One booking, one flat fee.
Placement Family Membership Discount
Already working with us on a nanny placement? As a Three Peas family you receive exclusive discounted access to our babysitting membership.

Sitter is paid directly by you at an agreed hourly rate on the day of the booking.
On Demand & Fill In Care
Vetted caregivers for short term coverage. A day, a week, or up to three months.
1 day — $50
2 to 4 days — $100
1 week — $175
2 weeks — $200
1 month — $300
2 to 3 months — $500
Caregiver is paid directly by you at an agreed hourly rate. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Nanny Placements
Dedicated care tailored to your family. Part-time, full-time, or nanny share.
Part-time placement — 7% of caregiver gross salary
Full-time placement — 8% of caregiver gross salary
Nanny share (have family, need nanny) — 7% per family
Nanny share (need both family and nanny) — 8% per family
Intake fee — $500 non-refundable
The intake fee covers nanny sourcing, candidate interviews, reference checks, background check, MVR verification, and CPR & First Aid sponsorship if needed.
Payment plans are available for all placement services. A $200 administrative fee applies.
Additional Fees
Urgent booking fee (under 24 hours) — $15
Same day booking fee (under 4 hours) — $25
Payment plan administrative fee — $200 flat
Non-solicitation buyout fee — $750
Fill in care contract template — $75 to $125 (available upon request)
A NOTE ON CAREGIVER PAY
Agency fees cover matching, vetting, and placement services only. Caregivers are paid directly by families at an agreed hourly rate. Most positions in Denver pay between $25 and $35 per hour depending on experience, duties, and number of children.
