Three Pea Babysitting Membership
Reliable, vetted sitters available when your family needs support. Choose the tier that fits your life or book a one-time Drop-In. Caregiver is paid directly by the family at an agreed hourly rate.
Pea Sprout
$20/Month or $180/Year
Up to 4 bookings per month. 48 hours notice required.
Ideal for occasional date nights, appointments, or planned work events.
Pea Pod
$30/Month or $270/Year
Up to 8 bookings per month. Last-minute bookings available.
Best for families who need flexible, consistent childcare support.
Pea Patch
$45/Month or $400/Year
Unlimited bookings. Same-day availability when possible. Priority matching.
Designed for busy families who need maximum flexibility.
Drop-In Care
$30 flat fee (no membership required)
One booking at a time with access to our vetted caregiver network.
Placement Family Membership Discount
Families currently working with Three Peas for nanny placement receive exclusive discounted access to the Babysitting Membership.
This discount applies only during an active placement agreement. Please contact us before signing up to activate your rate.
Pea Sprout— $15/month or $150/year

Short-Term Care
Temporary vetted childcare for short-term coverage needs ranging from one day up to three months.
1 day — $50
2 to 4 days — $100
1 week — $175
2 weeks — $200
1 month — $300
2 to 3 months — $500
Caregivers are paid directly by families at an agreed hourly rate. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Nanny Placements
Dedicated long-term childcare tailored to your family’s needs.
Part-time (25 hours or less) — 7% of caregiver gross salary
Full-time (26+ hours) — 8%
Nanny Share — 7–8% per family depending on structure
Intake Fee — $500 (non-refundable)
Covers sourcing, interviews, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle records, and CPR/First Aid sponsorship when needed.
Payment plans available. A $200 administrative fee applies.
Additional Fees
Urgent booking (under 24 hours) — $15
Same-day booking (under 4 hours) — $25
Payment plan admin fee — $200
Non-solicitation buyout fee — $750
Fill-in Care contract template — $75–$125 (upon request)
Caregiver Pay
Agency fees cover matching, vetting, and placement services only. Caregivers are paid directly by families at an agreed hourly rate.
Most placements in Denver range from $25–$35/hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and number of children.
