Three Peas in a Pod is nanny-founded, which means we’ve lived this work firsthand.
For more than a decade, we’ve worked alongside families in their homes supporting children through every stage of early life. That experience taught us something simple but important: great childcare is built on trust.

Caregiver Standards
The caregivers in our network are experienced professionals who are dependable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
Before a caregiver is introduced to your family, they complete our screening process, which includes:
• Personal interview with our team
• Professional and personal reference checks
• Verification of current CPR and First Aid certification
• Motor vehicle record verification (when applicable)
• Criminal and county-level background screening
We do the legwork so you can feel confident in who you’re welcoming into your home.
Transparent Pricing
We know childcare is one of the most important investments a family makes, and also one of the most significant expenses.
That’s why we keep our pricing fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Payment plans are available for qualifying placements because cost should never be the reason a family misses out on quality care.
