Nanny Placements

A Great Caregiver Changes Everything.

Because some families need more than a sitter.

What is a Nanny Placement?

A nanny placement is when the Agency sources, vets, and matches a dedicated caregiver specifically for your family. Unlike on demand or fill in care this is an ongoing arrangement built around your family's unique schedule, values, and needs. Your nanny becomes a consistent presence in your home and in your children's lives.

Our nanny placements are a natural extension of our on demand care.

This is for families who are ready for something more dedicated: a consistent reliable caregiver who is theirs. You still get the same personal one on one attention from the agency throughout the entire process. We handle the sourcing, the vetting, the interviews, and everything in between so you can focus on what matters most.

Our Process

Caregiver Standards

The caregivers in our network are professional, experienced, self-starters who are kind, passionate, and just naturally great with kids.

Before anyone meets your family they have already been through:

Criminal and county background check

We do all of this so that when you meet your caregiver you feel comfortable, reassured, and genuinely excited to get started.
