Three Peas in a Pod was built from the inside out , not from a boardroom, but from years spent inside family homes, learning what childcare actually looks like when it's done right.
The childcare space needed more standards, more consistency, and more intention. Too many families are settling. Too many nannies are undervalued. And too many kids are caught in the middle of it all.
We built this agency to change that, to create a space where families feel confident, nannies feel seen, and children are genuinely cared for by people who show up because they want to, not just because they have to.
We believe everyone deserves a seat at the table: families, nannies, and most importantly, the kids. That's what every pod we build is rooted in.
Meet Patrece H.
Founder & Owner
Patrece is a Cincinnati girl who found her way to Denver after years of modeling in New York and Chicago while simultaneously building nearly a decade of experience caring for families of all kinds. Modeling taught her how to be a self-starter. Nannying taught her everything else, what families actually need, what nannies deserve, and what it looks like when private childcare is done right.
She founded Three Peas In A Pod because she saw too much of the alternative. When she’s not building pods, she’s on the pickleball court, trying a new restaurant in the city, or at home with her people, and her cats, Francine & Senan.
