Short-Term Care

Care when your family needs a bridge between what was and what’s next.

What is Short-Term Care?

Short-Term Care is temporary childcare support for families who need reliable, flexible care for a defined period of time: from as little as one day up to three months. It’s ideal for transitions, schedule gaps, school breaks, and other moments when your family needs extra support.

Short-Term Care booking fees are based on the length of care needed. Each booking includes personalized caregiver matching and coordination by our agency.

Urgent Care Requests

Additional fees apply for expedited scheduling when care is needed on short notice:

  • Less than 24 hours notice: +$25

  • Same-day requests (under 4 hours notice): +$40

Urgent fees allow us to prioritize matching and coordinate care quickly based on caregiver availability.

Caregiver Payment

Caregivers are paid directly by families at an agreed hourly rate.

Booking fees are non-refundable and cover caregiver coordination, matching, and administrative support

Our Process

Nanny Standards

The nannies in our network are experienced professionals who are dependable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with children.

Before a nanny is introduced to your family, they complete our screening process, which includes:

• Personal interview with our team
• Professional and personal reference checks
• Verification of current CPR and First Aid certification
• Motor vehicle record verification (when applicable)
• Criminal and county-level background screening

We do the legwork so you can feel confident in who you’re welcoming into your home.
