Short-term placements are temporary arrangements — typically a few weeks to a few months — for families who need reliable care for a specific season or situation.
New to Denver and still getting settled
On maternity leave and need an extra set of hands
Summer break or school just let out
Waiting for daycare to start
Working from home but need dedicated care during working hours
Spouse or partner traveling for an extended period
Sometimes you need a nanny for a season. Sometimes just a few days a week. Either way, we've got the right person for you.
Part Term Placements
Part-time placements are ongoing arrangements of 25 hours or less per week, for families who need consistent, reliable care without the commitment of a full-time nanny.
Your child is in daycare a few days a week and you need coverage on the days they’re home
After-school pickup and care until you’re done with work
Early morning coverage while you get your day started
You work from home but need dedicated care so you can actually get things done
Preschool ends early and you need afternoon coverage until the late afternoon
OUR PROCESS
1. Reach Out
Contact us with your needs, schedule, and timeline. Call, text, or fill out our form, whatever works for you.
2. Discovery Call
We get on a call to learn about your family, your schedule, and what you're looking for before anything else happens.
3. Nanny Placement
We source and present qualified, vetted nannies who are the right fit for your situation.
4. Onboarding & Agreement
Once your match is set, we establish clear expectations for everyone involved: pay, responsibilities, schedule, and communication. All documented before day one.
5. Ongoing Support
We're here for the full duration of your placement — for check-ins, questions, and whatever comes up along the way.

We believe in being upfront about what things costs. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Part Time & Short Term Placement
-$500 intake - 5% of nanny’s annual salary
-Your intake fee goes toward your total placement fee
-Short-term placements are available for a maximum of 3 months
-The intake fee covers nanny sourcing, interviews, reference checks, background check, MVR check, and CPR & First Aid sponsorship if needed.
-All fees are per family. The intake fee is non-refundable. Payment plans are available.
