We start with a quick chat to learn about each family's needs, schedule, budget, and values.

We connect families with compatible routines, parenting styles, and locations. Think of it like matchmaking but for nap schedules and snack preferences!
3. Nanny Placement
Once the pod has been established, we introduced qualified, vetted nannies who shine in share settings. You will meet the best of the best!
4. Onboarding & Agreement
We assist in crafting a nanny share agreement that covers responsibilities, pay structure, time off, and communication protocols.
5. Ongoing Support
We don't just set it and forget about it. We're here for check-ins, questions, and conflict resolution if needed - because smooth sailing matters.
