Three Peas was founded by a nanny who's been doing this for over 10 years. She started babysitting in college and eventually spent years caring for families full time, from neighborhood homes to executive households. She knows this world from both sides of the front door.
That's why we're here. To help you find someone you can actually trust with the people who matter most.

Who’s in Our Network
Caregiver Standards
The caregivers in our network are experienced professionals who are dependable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
Before a caregiver is introduced to your family, they complete our screening process, which includes:
• Personal interview with our team
• Professional and personal reference checks
• Verification of current CPR and First Aid certification
• Motor vehicle record verification (when applicable)
• Criminal and county-level background screening
We do the legwork so you can feel confident in who you’re welcoming into your home.
