A warm, welcoming Castle Pines family is seeking an experienced, hands-on nanny to become a true member of their family. This is a wonderful hybrid role blending nanny, mother's helper, and household manager, ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to genuinely grow alongside a family.

About the Role
You'll provide attentive, engaged care for a sweet, active 2-year-old boy, with a baby girl joining the family in early February. Mom is home, so this role carries a lovely mother's-helper element, working alongside her while also taking initiative to help the household run smoothly. The role blends childcare, household management, and being a proactive, warm presence in the home.

Schedule

• Start date: Monday, October 5

• October & November: 32 guaranteed hours per week

• Beginning January: increases to 40 hours per week

• Hours vary, with the schedule always provided two weeks in advance

• Occasional evenings, weekends, and overnights may be requested

• Travel with the family included

Pay & Benefits

• $35 per hour

• Time and a half for any hours worked beyond guaranteed hours (offered as a courtesy)

• All federal holidays paid off, with the exception of July 4th, a required workday paid at time and a half

• Mileage reimbursement

• Healthcare stipend

• A pay increase once baby girl arrives, to be discussed in the final stages before the start date

Requirements

• Extensive nanny and household experience

• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnights

• Comfortable with travel

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Must pass a background check

• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
